Shipping & Order Policies

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS Our fulfillment process is entirely automated to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because orders begin processing immediately upon placement, we are unable to cancel, intercept, or modify orders once they are submitted. All sales are final at the time of checkout. If you wish to return an item once it arrives, you may contact support to initiate a return. Please note: to qualify, items must be in unopened, pristine condition. Approved returns are subject to a standard restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Myora releases all liability. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier.

  • If tracking states "Delivered": We consider the order fulfilled. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages claimed as unreceived if the carrier's tracking shows successful delivery.

  • Priority + Insured Shipping: If you purchased our Priority + Insured option and your package is officially declared "Lost" by the carrier (subject to a minimum 60-day investigation period), we reserve the right to issue a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Standard / Free Shipping: Standard shipping does not include transit insurance. We cannot guarantee reshipments or refunds for uninsured packages lost in transit.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED TO SENDER Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information at checkout. Because our system is automated, we cannot manually fix address errors after an order is placed. If a package is lost, delivered to the wrong location, or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & REJECTED PACKAGES We are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or clearance delays once the items have shipped. By purchasing, you agree to bear all such costs. If a package is rejected, abandoned, or returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, you forfeit your right to any refund or replacement.

SHIPPING TIMES & DELAYS Please note that all shipping timeframes provided are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed. Due to global supply chain variables, carrier logistics, and customs clearance, transit times may extend beyond our estimates.

  • United States: 7-15 Business days (Estimated)

  • Canada, Europe, Australia, NZ, Asia: 7-15 Business days (Estimated)

  • Central & South America, Africa: 15-30 Business days (Estimated)

These estimates do not include our standard 2-5 day processing time. We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays. A package is not considered "lost" until at least 60 business days have passed without a tracking scan.

TRACKING INFORMATION Tracking numbers are provided as a courtesy once your order ships. Depending on the carrier, tracking updates may not be available in real-time. It is common for tracking to take 5-10 business days to sync with the system, or to experience gaps in scans while moving between transit hubs. Lack of tracking updates does not indicate a lost package, and we kindly ask for your patience as the carrier routes your delivery.
